Disable Structural/Tab Navigation

You may disable Structural/Tab Navigation here: ReSharper | Opitons | Environment | Editor | Editor Behavior page | Untick "Use Tab/Shift Tab keys for structural navigation"

There is a ticket in YouTrack "RSRP-460504 Structural navigation should not navigate comments" which we are going to fix in bugfix update. If you have another cases, please let us know in comments.
