It was set as the default options.Unfortunately I had to uninstall 6.1 and revert back to 5.1 as performance was just too bad to use and i have some work to do.I'm a bit dissapointed, but hopefully...

it might be the powertoys (the colourful popups), but I like them a lot!The greyish popup (which is in front) is not so nice and I want to lose that one ideally.If I turn off all Resharper intellis...

It does appear to be working now.I might have deleted a vsmdi file or other solution files.This is not very robust tho and I'm going to have to try a different mechanism avoiding relying on deploym...
