Using the full installer (not the web installer) successfully reinstalled Resharper.

On Win 10, after changing some Resharper settings, and restarting VS 2015, Resharper disappeared from Visual Studio!!!! After checking VS extensions, Resharper was not installed! Tried to reinstal...
