I am getting the same issue.

1. ReSharper FAQ
2. Usage, Features and Known Issues/Bugs
3. MSTest Unit Testing does not work (or fails with error) with ReSharper 7.1.x

I made the switch to NUnit and everything works. Gave up on MSTest.
