Well it is known and it was posted that they change this behaviour with 6.1... so no complain from my side^^I have the same problems you describe, just to let you know. So I'm with you.

you are quoting a message which is over a month old... in between resharper 6 was released so you can consider a stable api else something goes really wrong here ;)

I guess your Interface uses some type which is inside the web assembly or has some other dependency on the web assembly which can cause some error.

I gues resharper detects that your LINQ expression it never executed without the ToList call. Select is not doing this if you thought so.
