Seems, IncrementalClean target deletes it.It's MsBuild bug and it's logged here https://github.com/Microsoft/msbuild/issues/1054

Please, provide full msbuild log - there will be some warnings from your Copy tasks.Also, run build with Verbose logging.

By ignoring I've meant not to pay attention to that output. You can't suppress this warning with any setting.
