"Show Project Dependency Diagram" shows blank page

Hi,
I have some kind of problem with JetBrains "Show Project Dependency Diagram". It just opens an empty tab (see attached images). I have tried to repair ReSharper but didnt help.
What can be the problem?
I have JetBrains ReSharper Ultimate 2018.3.5 and Visual Studio Enterprise 2019 Version 16.7.2

Please try updating ReSharper to the latest 2020.2.1 (I would recommend this method) or try the following workaround: "disable the option Optimize rendering for screens with different pixel densities on the page Tools | Options | Environment | General".
I'm working at Volvo Group and we only have license for version 2018.3.5. Can the problem be resolved in another way (i.e. without uncheck the Optimze setting)?

Yes, tried that and it works fine. Just thought if there were other options to solve it.
@... unfortunately, sometimes tool windows do not render correctly when its Per-Monitor Awareness setting is enabled.
