As always...restarting help resolved the issue and I could delete the file. Thanks for the help.

I'm running into a similar issue where I have one Session folder that is 124 GB in side. It is located underUsers/{User}/AppData/Local/JetBrains/Shared/vAny/Sessions/dt_201209_######
