Just wanted to chime in this still happens. Currently using R# Ultimate 2020.1.1 built on 2020-04-28. Each time I lose Intellisense I need to restart VS2017. Never happens with C#.

I just installed the latest release. Since this does not happen all the time it may take one or two days but will know by at the latest tomorrow and will report back if this worked or not and if no...
