I just realized that we use Team City 6.0.1 and therefore this solution is no help to us. Are there any other possible solutions?

Thanks for confirming this. We will either wait until we update Team City or run ReSharper manually.

Thanks, I'll give it a try.However, the issue that changes to Inspection Severity is not stored between restarts of Visual Studio remains unsolved.
