I knew I am not alone. Hope it will be fixed soon enough. So far, I had no choice but to cripple Resharper by disablling the Code Analysis and use VS Intellesense.

By disabling Code Analysis, the intellesense works as normal.

With the mentioned private build, I do not have any problems.however I did have problems with installing updates for vs2013. After installing update 1, then the march update installation often fail...
