OK. I have the color highlighting feature turned off. Nice! I was also able to get resharper to turn on and off. I am still unable to get the suspend and resume commands to work in the command wind...

I currently use RS 7.1.3 and have no issues with CSS rules. I would advise you to upgrade to the latest version.

Under ReSharper -> Options -> Code Inspection -> Inspection Severity -> CSS -> Potential Code Quality Issues -> Unknown css class, I have mine set to to "suggestion".

I checked this again and I had $object$_$event$ not $event$_$object$. I'm afraid I had a case of dyslexia there. Thanks for pointing that out!
