Chris,I'm sorry, but it's a known issue: sometimes we fail to pick up the things that reside in App_Code folder. I hope we'll cope with the problem in next major release, but not in 5.0.

Julian,I've just checked your sample agains R# 5.0. It's working properly. I'm very sorry but the chances that the issue is fixed in 4.5 are too low.

Fixed. As soon as EAP for 5.0 bugfix update starts the fix will be available.

This is very weird - there's no ReSharper in the snapshot - it's all VS editor. What have you been doing while capturing the snapshot?
