Getting thousands of new <Use Explicit Type ()> HINTS to change var to explicit type

All of these had previous been changed to var based on Resharper SUGGESTIONS!

Hello John Curtis, what ReSharper version are you using (ReSharper | Help | About JetBrains ReSharper)?

Could you please illustrate the problem with screenshots?

Does the problem happen for a newly created solution or it's solution specific problem?
