VS2017 freezes on comparison of files
Since the latest version of ReSharper (2020.1.20200415.5135) my Visual Studio 2017 freezes after 5 seconds whenever I try to compare pending changes with the last version in TFS. If I uninstall ReSharper I don't get the freeze when comparing. I don't get any error message shown and the event log is empty, it just freezes for some reason.
Any suggestions?

This happens to be a known issue - https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RSRP-479215
The fix will be included in upcoming ReSharper 2020.1.1.
