How to move default tool tip location?
Is it possible to move the default popup location for the tool tips? They're useful, but it's super annoying when they cover the text I'm trying to read or edit.

Sorry, the location of the popup is not configurable.You can disable the auto-popup if you prefer, you'll still be able to invoke auto-import as a usual quick-fix action.
Where in the options do I disable this? Thanks!
It's the "Show popups for import actions" setting in ReSharper | Options | Code Editing | C++ | Inspections.
