ReSharper upgrade

My company has decided to no longer update ReSharper C#. The motivation is that the perpetual version we have, ReSharper 2018.3, in combination with Visual Studio 2019 has all the features of newer version of ReSharper.

And they're asking us to motivate exactly why we would need to upgrade from ReSharper 2018.3.

I've been looking through the release notes, though it's difficult for me to say whether what's in there is covered by Visual Studio 2019 or not...

Any input on this subject?
