Add using directive to deepest scope unticked not exported to file correctly?

Hey guys,

I tried to export my full ReSharper settings to a file and then import it again after resetting them to default and every time I try this, the "Add using directive to deepest scope" option doesn't get unticked and it's also not listed in the export file. It just stays on the default setting as ticked. I'd like to have it unticked on the This computer layer.

Am I doing something wrong?
