Have license key, but cannot activate Resharper

I was given a license key by my IT department in the form of a text file. When I try to use it, it looks like it should work (based on the first screenshot below), but doesn't (see the second screenshot). I've restarted Visual Studio.
Any ideas?
Visual Studio 19 v16.2.3, Resharper 2019.2.2 Build 192.0.20190828.114715

Hey Steven! Have you clicked on the "Add" button on the first screenshot?
Apparently not!
That button should be below the other controls, not above ... that's not the expected flow. Got it working now, thanks!
