Unable to view/install ReSharper Extensions after 2019.1 installation

Hello,

The title basically says it all, but wanted to vet the issue out here so that I can get back up and running.

First off, is the URL to the extensions repository correct, and how might I verify that our corporate proxy is not filtering out the site? 

https://resharper-plugins.jetbrains.com/api/v2/curated-feeds/Wave_v192.0/

 

Next would be the folders in my AppData\Roaming\JetBrains\ReSharperPlatformVs16 folder

vAny_a5450a2f => Extensions.DotSettings, DisabledFeatures.csexp, consentOptions (folder)

v192_a5450a2f => Nuget.config

v191_a5450a2f => Nuget.config and packages.config

Could you please run Visual Studio with the following command line: 'devenv /ReSharper.LogFile c:\resharper.log /ReSharper.LogLevel Verbose', open Extensions Manager and send us a corresponding 'resharper_log.txt' file. You can do it privately via 'Submit a request' form at the top of the page.
