ReSharper 2019.1.3 installation/update for Visual Studio 2017

I had ReSharper 2018.3 installed for Visual Studio 2013 and 2017.  I recently installed Visual Studio 2019 and upgraded to ReSharper 2019.1.3.  When I installed 2019.1.3, Only the options to install for 2010 (Because of SSMS), 2013, and 2019 were available.  I was not able to update VIsual Studio 2017 to 2019.1.3.

I then tried using the 2018.3 installer to remove it completely, and again, Visual Studio 2017 was not available, only 2010, 2013, and 2019.

How can I get ReSharper updated to 2019.1.3 for Visual Studio 2017?

Thank you for the feedback.

ReSharper can't find the Visual Studio installation, probably VS misses some files or there are some access conflicts.

Please start Visual Studio Installer from Start menu and just add some components to VS or update VS to the latest version. Once updating is completed, try to run R# installer again.
