Generate -> Partial methods option is greyed out

I am trying to use Generate -> Partial methods to start a helper method, but the option is greyed out. What could be the reason? Thanks.

Do you have partial method declaration in your code? Generate Partial Methods provides option of creating implementation for not implemented partial methods.
