code cleanup menu item gone after resharper update
Hello I just updated my version of resharper to the latest version and some how my style cop clean up menu item and its settings are gone. this was an update from ultimate 10.0.2 to ultimate 2018.2.3.

I already have StyleCop by JetBrains when I was on resharper 10.0.2. I reinstalled it on 2018 anyway and still no luck. It looks like something broke between 10.0.2 and 2018. Where can I download resharper 10.0.2 I don't see it on the download site, please.
I was able to revert back and i have the menu clean up back and my stylecop rules are working again, before the file header would go away. It would be nice to update but clearly 2018 has altered a lot of the stylecop functionality that was working in 10.0.2
Also, I tried to copy the XAML code from my C# FileLayout pattern from 10.0.2 and paste it into the 2018 xaml and it not accept any of the syntax which seems to suggest that any layout settings I have for my current file layout pattern will not work in 2018, is there a reason why the layout scheme has changed?

Could you please specify what StyleCop functionality is missing? Possibly some screenshot illustrating the difference could be helpful.
Also XAML code demonstrating your file layout pattern will be much appreciated.
