CompleteStatement overrides LineOpenBelow

ReSharper seems to be hardcoded to override VisualStudio's Edit.LineOpenBelow with CompleteStatement no matter what I do or what I rebind both of them to.

Changing Schemes in the ReSharper options doesn't work, rebinding/unbinding either or both commands also doesn't work. No matter what shortcut I assign LineOpenBelow to, ReSharper overrides it to run CompleteStatement.

The same is true for CompleteCodeBasic overriding Edit.CompleteWord, but that one doesn't get in my way nearly as much.

OpenLineBelow is one of the commands I use the most and the only solution I found was to disable ReSharper.

There is a post from 2010 with the same problem and it still hasn't been fixed. I hope it is addressed at some point.
