Type or member is never used: Non-private accessibility with Outlook Ribbon

We build an Outlook-Addin as Microsoft.Office.Core.IRibbonExtensibility. The initial Calls are in a xml like that:

  <menu id="Menu" label="Test">
        <button id="MoveTestItem" onAction="MoveTest" label="Test1"/>
      </menu>

Resharper marks the Method "MoveTest" as unused. Is there any Possibility, that resharper checks the xml as Using?
