Disable constructor disambiguation on find usages?

This is quite a new feature in Resharper which I am finding irritating and can not see a way to disable.  Using Shift+F12 on a class name now pops up disambiguation between the class and its constructor.  99% of the time I am only interested in find usages of the class not the constructor so this breaks my flow for no reason.  Is there a way to disable this new feature?
