Resharper doesnt understand Xamarin.Forms.Command is ICommand

Does anyone else have this issue?

Using Resharper Ultimate 2018.1.2 build 112.0.20180530.113618.

Resharper informs me that an instance of Xamarin.Forms.Command cannot be converted to ICommand.  Using DotPeek, I can see that it IS most definitely an ICommand.
