Search Everywhere from the selected word

Hi,

Is there any way to first select a word in the editor, and then pressing "Ctrl + T" and then have the search field already filled out with this word i highlighted in the editor ?

I'm used to doing this with the built in search for VS, and I find it annoying that i have to clear my clipboard for something else, just to do the search, only to have to go back, to copy paste the word, or id that I initially wanted to copy over.
