Ctrl+Click Navigate overrides Visual Studio Word Selection, worked with earlier release.

I installed Resharper 2017.3.1 and there is a very annoying bug that doesn't allow me to use the feature of marking entire words with the cursor anymore.

It conflicts with the resharper feature ctrl+click navigate, but you somehow solved that issue before because I use both features often.
