"License server response: Unknown IDE product code provided null"
Hello. I am trying to activate my free trial on the latest version of Resharper (integrated to Visual Studio 2013.) But after I log in and press the button to start trial, I get the error in the title and in the screenshot attached to this post. can someone help me? thanks in advance.

If not, could you please collect a log file for us with the Licensing trace scenario enabled using the following steps: SUPPORT-A-370 How to collect ReSharper log file with a specific Trace scenario? It would be really helpful in figuring out what’s going on. Thank you!
