Extension updates fail on first attempt
Since installing R# 2024.2, every time I try to install an extension update when at least one extension is listed as “incompatible”, I get an error:
The extension mentioned in the error message is NOT selected for update.
Attempting the update a second time succeeds, defying the old adage that “the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results”.

The issue: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/RSRP-498484/Skipped-Extensions-Are-Attempting-to-Install is fixed in the 2024.2.3 release.

I'm already on 2024.2.3, and I'm still seeing the issue.
NB: The linked ticket says it's fixed in 2024.3, not 2024.2.3. :)
