Urgent: Issues with Grazie and AI Assistant on Paid Plan — No Response from Support

I hope this message finds you well. I'm writing to express my frustration with two persistent issues I've encountered with my JetBrains subscription, specifically related to Grazie and the AI Assistant.
1. Grazie Running Out of Volume:
Despite being on a paid plan, where it's stated that Grazie should not run out of volume, I've experienced multiple instances where it has stopped working, citing that I've exhausted my checks. This directly contradicts the advertised benefits of the paid plan and has significantly disrupted my workflow.
2. AI Assistant Cooldown Issue:
The AI Assistant has also stopped functioning, indicating that I've used up my available usage. I followed the pinned fix provided in your forums, but the issue remains unresolved. I’m now stuck with a 22-hour cooldown dialog, which is severely limiting my ability to use the assistant.
In an attempt to resolve these issues, I reached out to JetBrains via Twitter and through the official support form. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or assistance, which adds to the frustration as these tools are critical to my work.
Could you please investigate these problems and provide a prompt solution? Given the impact on my productivity, I believe that either a reset or an extension of my service to compensate for the lost time would be appropriate.

I've already informed the responsible department about it, the page will be updated as soon as possible. Please refer to the Grazie landing page (https://www.jetbrains.com/grazie/) to get the latest information regarding Grazie products.
