Thank you very much for your fast reply..

I was using : ReSharper73

But had it currently shutdown, but still didnt reset the keyboard layout
back to visual studio default. (I know that if i do something with the
resharper keyboard shortcuts it starts them up again.) so its probally my
own mistake.. I'm going to install 76 later today..

ReSharper should provide an option to cancel the license confirmation. If user choose not to enter license, it should disable itself.

Actually, it was a bug in earliear builds that Cancel button didn't work.
However, when user presses Cancel, ReSharper doesn't disable itself (it is
not possible)
but rather remains active and does nothing.
