They are all required for the ReSharper installer to work properly. In fact, on most systems these assemblies are installed to GAC by default. The problem is that currently ReSharper installer does not install these assemblies to the GAC as it should. So if some of them are missed in GAC, install them manually by running 'gacutil.exe /i'.
