Change Signature Broken in 82?

I've just checked it and it looks like some serious bugs with parameters
table editing were introduced. We'll fix them ASAP. Thanks for your report.

Is anyone else having trouble getting Change Signature (Ctrl-F6) to work?

I'm trying to add a parameter, but I can't tab into or click into the
default value box.
