Build 84 Looks MUCH nicer
Build 84 looks far more professional than any previous builds. For one ,the
loading assemblies is a lot more appropriatly done.
The intellisense now WORKS. It still has 'glitches' but it is useable and
starting to become very handy, and beginning to compete with VS.NET's built
in, IMO ( so by all understand, by the final release it will blow VS.Net's
out of the water from the looks of things ).
The scrollwheel works , but it moves the actual cursor
instead of the scrollbar, which isn't neccesarily bad, it's just not what
you expect to do, so it is hard to get used to.
The VS.NET Icons addition is nice. It'd be nice to be able to select custom
icons, but that's a little bit of a nitpick on my part. The menus in the
ReSharper Options look very nice now, they have a much more sleek and
streamlined flow to them, and the options make more sense in some parts.
Awsome!
And I haven't even started coding yet!

I totally agree espesialy about the scroll wheel. Much better if it
would scroll the scrollbar and not the cursor position.
Also since I am using a scroll step of 3 for my scroll wheel the cursor
jumps 3 steps every time I move the mouse... This is very confusing
(sure I could change the settings for vs. but the it is wrong in every
other place i scroll)
And finally the new preview for code style is awesome!
Are there still any plans to implement the brace matching whenever the
cursor is within braces, Meaning it would do it when you're anywhere inside
of a
statement ( upon the user's option, of course ) instead of just when you're
beside a brace? I submitted this once and someone mentioned it was a good
idea, just wondering if there's been given any thought to it.

Hi Derek,
inside
Yes, this feature is planned. But I'm not sure it will be implemented in the
version 1.0

The Intellisense window still doesn't go away if you click somewhere else on
the screen, and the scrolling issue mentioned. This is all I've found so
far.
on a side note, might be nice if the intellisense window was more 'flat'
with just a line border instead of a 3-D one, but this is just visual
preference. . . others might like it the way it is. Who knows.

I could not reproduce that intellisense window does not go away on clicking
somewhere else. How to reproduce that? Does anybody else experience such
problem?

My way to reproduce this situation (or at least - similar one) is the
following:
1. bring up the intellisense window
2. left-click somewhere else in the document, but below the line of
code where the window is being displayed:
- The list of items in the intellisense windows is replaced by "No
suggestions"
- This window will not disappear until I click somewhere above that
line.
Best regards,
Maciek Szczepaniak
It's reproducable in this way for me. We'll fix it - thanks.
