Bug reporting...
The bug reporting system that is built into Resharper which allows
submitting bugs on unhandled exceptions. Is it homegrown Jetbrains tool or a
3rd party tool? I like the way it integrates with the Tracker and how it
seems to do a pretty good job of matching existing bugs.

It's homegrown (as well as the tracker itself).
