Cut and Paste confuses the daylights out of resharper.

I've noticed that if i cut a section of code and paste it elsewhere such
that the variable names and whathaveyou in the pasted section are not
correct in
the context of the new function resharper completely hangs dev studio for
anywhere from 10 seconds to 1 minute. This is tough to take.
I'm using build 88 and VS.NET 2003 on XP with 1GB of RAM and a P4 2.6...
