Context selection is broken? (build #92)

Hello.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I can't change the context where
LT or surround is available. I click "change" link label and nothing
happens =( I looked thru the Tracker but didn't find any information
regarding this issue.

More precisely we'll drop contexts for surround templates because they anyway should be different from ones for usual live templates and we have no time to figure out them until the release.
