As far as I understood it will be convenient to have possibility to import key bindings from IDEA. It can be helpfull for developers that used IDEA and now use ReSharper

I don't but it is possible to set completely custom keymap. So if developer has completely custom keymap in IDEA he can wish to have possibility to import this keymap.
