Quick-fixes problem

If there is a highlighted error in the middle of a long line of code
(horizontal scrollbar is not at the left position), quick-fixes icon (yellow
light bulb) appears at strange locations. Sometimes if the code highlighted
for a quick-fix (grey one) is near the left border of the text editor icon
doesn't appear at all.
It seems, that there's something wrong with horizontal offset calculation.
