Two things I miss most from IDEA when using Resharper

Is there any chance of having these added to a 1.x update? Please?

The next planned release is 2.0. 1.0.x releases are just bugfixes and have no new features.
The number 2 in your list will be implemented in 2.0. No guarantee about the number 1.

There are, among the hundreds of features of IDEA, two that I
specifically miss when using Reshaper:

1) Smart-Enter... where it completes the line (no matter where you
press it) and moves the cursor to the correct place on a new line, as
required, inserting semicolons, etc. Smart enough that you can bind
it to the key and it just does the right thing.

2) Go To Symbol... where you can just type in the name of a method
name, field name, etc, and go directly to its declaration just like
'Go To Class'

Is there any chance of having these added to a 1.x update? Please?

When is the expected 2.0 version release?

Consider this a strong request for 'smart-enter' ... it's such a great and
fundamental feature.

And when is the EAP for version 2.0 expected?

Probably not too far before the release because we are developing .NET IDE at the same time and plan to have EAP for it before EAP for VS 2005 add-in.
BTW, we are also developing a .NET profiling tool and wish to open EAP for it soon. Is anyone here interesting in such tool?

We try to make UI simple, intuitive and yet very powerful. :)
BTW we also tried ANTS profiler but the main concern with it was speed reduction of the program being profiled. In our tests (which are quite CPU intensive and do not much IO interactions), speed reduction was about 100 times. That was unacceptable because we often had to leave the profiled program running over night to get it complete! With our current profiler speed reduction on the same tests is 4-5 times or even less.
Did you experience the same problems?

I actually had very good luck, but my profiling was centered around a very
specific area. I was able to see quickly where the problem was. I never
had to grab a manual to figure out how to use the application. The opposite
was true for Compuware's. I'm not the brightest bulb in the Christmas tree,
but I'm not too dim and Compuware just seem too confusing. Granted it is
very powerful.

Where do I sign up for the EAP?
