Resharper color/font changes

I like the list of new things we can color, but I noticed something while
trying to re-create my old Resharper 1.5 coloring scheme: I can no longer
select "Bold" for some items, including keywords and parameter names. I
assume there was some reason for this, but I find I'm missing it greatly, as
I used one color for local variables, and that same color bolded for
parameters, and found that to be a useful distinction which I can no longer
have.

Will bold be re-enabled for the few things it's now current disabled for?
Or is there someway to enable the bold checkbox?

Bold will be reenabled. It is a bug.
