Assert.Ignore()'s being marked as failed tests.

PLease clarify what did you mean

Currently, tests marked with "Ignore" attributes are painted with yellow
mark and aren't processed

Yes, but if you do an Assert.Ignore() it throws an Ignore exception,
which is marked as red (different than Ignore attribute)
