No ReSharper keyboard shortcuts

Installed ReSharper 201 and 202 in VS2005 Beta 2 and none of the ReSharper
commands has keyboard shortcuts.

Tried selecting the ReSharper20 keyboard mapping scheme and clicking the
Reset Shortcuts button in the ReSharper general settings - neither of them
restore the shortcuts.

Submitted bug to Tracker but since it's a real pain to work with ReSharper
without shortcuts, and since setting them all up is such a chore, does
anyone have a way of importing these in one go?

Mike,

It seems that You missed some actions, listed in installation notes. To be
more precise:

4. Go to Tools > Import and Export Settings and Import keyboard shortcuts
from \ReSharperKbd.vssettings (typically C:\Program Files\JetBrains\ReSharper\VS2005\ReSharperKbd.vssettings ) This .vssettings file is regenerated each time You press 'ResetShortcuts' button.
