I usually get it when visual studio is not active application adn it tries to show an exception in my code. I have exception assitant switched off, so it should show it as in vs2003. This time it happened in such scenario.

Yes, it was file from solution explorer (not misc. files node) Other cases were on F111 while stepping into regular code file included in solution Solution is multiproject with different kind of projects including installer
