No keybindings for R#

Hi,

After installing R#, I appear to have very few key bindings. Many, if not
most, of my VS.Net standard key bindings seem to be gone, and I have no R#
specific bindings. I've verified that the current keymap is Resharper 20,
and I've tried to Reset Shortcuts to no avail. Alt-Enter pops up the Properties
dialog, and things like that.

I did get some error dialog popping up when I installed about some file not
being found, and I seem to remember it concerning keymaps. But I verified
that the appropriate keymap file exists in c:\program files\jetbrains\resharper.

I'm using build 105.

Any suggestions?

Sorry, RTFM issue. I just read the download page a little more carefully
and now I have what I expected. Sorry :(
