Problem with reporting services (*.rdl) files

does this problem happen with every project containing a *.rdl file?

When Resharper is enabled, projects with rdl files fail to build.
There are no errors or warnings, just a fail count after the "Done"
message, eg:

Build complete -- 0 errors, 0 warnings

---------------------- Done ----------------------

Build: 0 succeeded, 1 failed, 0 skipped

With Resharper disable (unticked via Addin Manager) builds succeed.

It certainly fails on both rdl projects that we have.
