Template Editors in 209
The template editors (both file and live templates anyway) in VS2003 are
almost unusable for me. The keyboard mapping seems to different then the
rest of studio. For example hitting the enter key causes text to be
inserted. Is there something that I am missing?

What should be done by the Enter key in your opinion?

I would have assumed that within the template editor it would have started a
new line like in other editors. It seems to be inserting text. Otherwise how
do you edit the template text and add another line?

What text is inserted by pressing Enter? Could you give a reproduceable
example?

I had to reinstall the 1.5 version so that I could continue to work, so I
can't reproduce it right now. If I recall whenever I hit the enter key I was
getting part of the existing template reinserted. Judging from the reaction
I am assuming that I screwed up the install somehow and the keyboard mapping
was just wrong on my machine. I will try again with next version.
BTW You have a fantastic product as far as I am concerned it makes Visual
Studio useful..
