I undrestand the need to get something solid out ASAP now that VS2005 is released, but I have to admit disappointement because this was probably the feature I was most looking forward to of all the new features :)
Ah well. Hopefully 2.x won't be too much of a delay beyond 2.0. And as it turns out, our company isn't switching over to VS2005 until probably April so there's some time...
It's pity but I think we won't (expect it in 2.x).

However, it's not exact because we can drop a feature if it's not implemented by the feature freeze. The current set is just our estimation. Feature freeze is planned in a week but it depends on internal code refactorings (mostly related to asynchronous startup) and can be shifted.

I think so. We do not plan massive internal redesign activities for 2.x and probably the release will be about such features as this one, polishing of existing one and plus VB.NET support. So we have good chances to make it rather short release (and also open stable EAP for it soon).
